What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To get started, Jon will come out to get measurements and find out exactly what the customer is looking for. He will then put together an estimate and get it to the customer. Once the customer signs the contract we will schedule a start date.
What should I think about when asking about a remodel?
When considering a remodel, you need to consider your budget and a timeline on when you want/need your project completed. You can come in with ideas on what you want or we can give you some options on what we would recommend.
How long will my remodel take?
Every remodel job is different and will vary in the time it takes to complete. We will give you an estimate when we know the details of your project.
What should I know about your pricing?
Our materials cost depends on the market and then we add labor on top of that. The estimate we give you in the beginning is the price you will pay unless you make changes in the middle of the project.
Can you help with the design phase of my project?
We can definitely help with the design phase of any project. We have been doing this a long time and have some great ideas that we would love to share with you!
